Spare Room Start Up makes an appearance

Last night my last 2 copies of Spare Room Start Up were carried to a reception at Admiralty House.  Can you spot them in the photos? And can you come up with a caption that captures the moment in photo no. 3?

A grand gathering

Admiralty House in Whitehall was the welcoming and certainly warm venue for an event that saw Harriet Harman (Minister for Women and Equality) and John Hutton (Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) talk about how keen they are for more women to start up in business.

I was the ‘business speaker’ and mentioned the book a bit, as well as how I started in business and what I feel the Government could do to encourage more of us to start and grow a business from home. But, oh dear, what on earth is that pose I’m adopting ...and what are Ms Harman and Mr Hutton thinking? £10 goes to the best caption.

And here's the second copy. This one is being held by the very dynamic Valerie Dwyer who stands alongside John Hutton MP and Max Benson, the co-founding force behind Everywoman.

What can I say? This one cries out for a caption...
