On 6th April 2009 the right to request flexible working was extended to cover all employees with children under the age of 16. If you employ people in your home business and are wondering how to respond, you may be interested in joining a free online seminar.

Flexible friendly

Flexible working specialists, Wise Work Ltd and Flexible Skills Bank have teamed up to offer a series of free online seminars, to explore the benefits of flexible working, how it can be implemented and used to improve productivity and sustain business growth.

Research into the impact of flexible working practices shows that flexible employees are more productive, more reliable, more loyal and have less absenteeism. After all there is no reason why something that is good for employees has to be bad for business.

The seminars will be run in small groups of no more the 5 participants, to encourage discussion and exploration of common issues around flexible working.

If you are interested in this subject and would like to know more about how to use flexible working to achieve your business aims, register for one of the online seminars by clicking on the link below.
